Contact Group have a large array of fibre optical test equipment ready for deployment. We provide multiple methods of testing and certification to our customers to various standards and project requirements. Termination methods can be via Fusion splicing or direct termination via a quick connector.
Aerial Fibre Installation
Through our industry partners Contact Group are capable of installing aerial fibre optical cables, although not a preferred method of installation by many due to its complexity, sometimes inhibiting terrain leaves no other method for fibre optic installation.

PABX, VOIP & DECT
Contact Group provide maintenance on many PABX phone systems. We have dedicated phone technicians that have over 60 years of combined experience in the telephony services field.
We have direct manufacture access to the following brands:

• LG/Ericsson
• Spectralink
• Yealink
• iServ
Our technicians have the knowledge and training to provide onsite audits and system upgrade recommendations. Once the initial consultation has been done we provide a detailed system proposal that can include carrier call rates and subscriptions if required. System payback cost can be calculated based on savings from moving from carrier to carrier (if applicable).
We also provide DECT system installations and maintenance. DECT handsets are a mobile extension of the onsite telephone system. A DECT system can connect into a PABX by means of either analogue or VOIP integration. All the DECT systems that we supply have both integration options available.
