Carolyn, Contact Group’s Human Resources Manager, joined the team in 2018. Carolyn is focused on driving business process improvements to streamline services and improve outcomes.

Prior to joining Contact Group, Carolyn spent many years working in management roles within the public and private sectors in customer service, project and contract management.

Carolyn enjoys working with the team to identify challenges and develop user centric solutions for the benefit of clients and stakeholders.
